It sounds cheesy, but I love waking up every morning and going to work.

After narrowly escaping a career as a lawyer, and years of searching my spirit for the perfect career, I found it.

I believe that photography is a magical thing; it lets us communicate emotion, light, color and texture by pressing a button. I love the thrill of looking through the viewfinder and releasing the shutter at the most perfect moment. And I especially love the reactions of my clients when they discover the magic of photography - that this little black contraption has captured their memories and that, through photos, I have immortalized their wedding day.

For me, wedding photography is the perfect marriage of people skills and artistic talent. I can spend my weekdays chatting with couples about their wedding, meeting new people who are getting married and working with other vendors to ensure a perfect wedding day for our clients. I get to spend my weekends attending beautiful weddings, in spectacular locations, and capturing the places, people and things that make every wedding wonderful.
